HOLLAND, NY - Holland Central Schools are closed Monday due to a fire at a gas station on Olean Road in Holland.

According to the Holland Fire Chief, the fire started around 4:30 a.m.

More than 100 firefighters from various volunteer companies assisted in fighting the flames.

The chief says the fuel tanks at the gas station were isolated quickly, and there were no explosions.

According to the chief, the Holland Central Schools were closed because firefighters needed to close the main bus route due to the fire.

There is no word on the cause of the fire.
