Rear Lateral Raises on the Swiss Ball Exercise
FOCUS AREA: Shoulders
1. Begin lying with your chest on the Swiss ball and your feet out behind you.
2. While balancing on the ball, with your arms at your side, grasp a dumbbell in each hand.
3. Raise the dumbbells laterally out to the sides of your body, pinching your shoulders together so that your arms are parallel to your chest. Repeat this motion.
