Preparation Time: 30 minutes
4, 6-ounce fish fillets
Roasted vegetable (whatever you have on hand)
- Place fish in oven save shallow dish.
- Top with rough cut vegetables.
- Add a little Cajun adobo and low sodium soy sauce.
- Bake at 350 for apx. 20 min.
- Drain liquid and serve in same dish.
