Stability Ball Pull Over Exercise

FOCUS AREA: arms and back

1. Lay with your shoulder blades on the stability ball, keep your legs shoulder width apart for stability.

2. Grasp a weight with both hands. With your arms straight, above your chest, extend them behind your head and then return the weight to back over your chest.
