8 slices thick whole wheat bread
2 1/2 tablespoons horseradish mustard
8 slices creamy Havarti cheese
About 2 cups thin sliced roast beef
1 cup baby arugula leaves
Salt & Pepper to taste
1. Lay the bread slices on a work surface and spread about a teaspoon of mustard on each slice.
2. Layer remaining ingredients and cook sandwiches until golden brown.
