Scott Lateral Raise Exercise
1. Start with a dumbbell in each hand and turn your palms upward towards the ceiling.
2. In a circular motion, laterally raise your arms until they are ear level.
3. When you are 50% of the way to your ears, twist your wrists and flip your palms so that they are now facing the floor.
4. On the way back down, twist your wrists and flip your palms back upwards towards the ceiling.
5. Exhale on the way up, inhale on the way down and repeat.
