Big Ben Clock Lunges Exercise

1. Begin with your feet together standing forward. You should face the same direction throughout the exercise.

2. Take one lunge step forward, and return to the start position.

3. Repeat lunges with the same leg, at 45 degree progressions around "the clock".

4. Repeat with the other leg.
