macadamia nut oil
1 1/2 lbs flatiron steak
2 tbsps blackening seasoning (Use low sodium -Check the lable)
1 bunch asparagus tips
1 tsp garlic
½ cup porcini mushrooms
- Coat grill rack with cooking spray; preheat grill or cast iron pan
- Cut steak into four portions, if desired. Season both sides of steaks with blackening seasoning. Place steaks on grill (wash hands); close lid (or cover loosely with foil). Grill 4-6 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
- In skillet with oil, cook mushrooms garlic and aparagus with salt over moderately high heat, stirring occasionally, until liquid mushrooms give off is evaporated, about 5 minutes. Add broth and bring to a boil.
