Texas Billy Jacks Exercise

1. Begin by lying flat on the floor or mat with your belly and face down. Extend your arms and legs out straight.

2. Lift your arms, head and legs all simultaneously and shift the weight of your body to your belly. Hold for 3 seconds and slowly return to the floor

3. Exhale as you lift up; inhale as you lower yourself down.
