Buffalo-Style Chicken Skewers Recipe

Serves: 4
Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes

3 cups cut-up vegetables such as bell peppers and zucchini

3/4 cup any flavor Franks Buffalo Wings Sauce, divided

Macadamia nut oil

2 cloves garlic, sliced

salt & pepper, if desired

Directions:

1.  Marinate skewers in macadamia nut oil, franks hot sauce garlic. Experiment to find the combination you like.

2.  Make sure the chicken reaches 160, remove from grill, and serve.
