Diagonal Medicine Ball Steak, Chops, & Lifts Exercise

1. Start with ball behind and above ear, with feet shoulder width apart.

2. Move the ball diagonally across the body, ending near knee of opposite leg or foot.

3. Return to the start position with the same pattern.
