CARLISLE, Pa. (AP) - A western Pennsylvania college says counseling service will be provided for students and others following the crash of a tour bus carrying the Seton Hill University women's lacrosse team that killed the driver and one passenger and seriously injured others.

Orchard Park native Elizabeth Otwell, 20, a junior at Seton Hill University, is on the Women's Lacrosse Team and she was on the bus that crashed. Her brother, Patrick Otwell, told 2 On Your Side that she escaped with a concussion but that some of her teammates remain in the hospital with even more serious injuries ranging from broken bones to a lacerated spleen.

The bus was carrying the lacrosse team to a game on the other side of the state Saturday morning when it ran off the road and into a tree.

The driver and the team's head coach, who was six months pregnant, were killed. The other 21 people aboard were taken to hospitals, two by helicopter.

The rest of the team's lacrosse season has been canceled due to the tragedy.

Pennsylvania bus regulators say the operator of the tour bus was up to date on its inspections, which include bus and driver safety checks.

Seton Hill says it used texts, emails and phone calls to notify students about the seriousness of the Saturday morning crash in Cumberland County.
