(bisons.com) - To put it simply...Anthony Gose is fast. Luis Jimenez has power. Jim Negrych can hit.

Combined, the three Bisons players have been at the heart of the Bisons attack all season long with their impressive array of skills. On Tuesday night, the trio put on a heart-stopping display for the fans at Coca-Cola Field.

The Bisons defeated the Norfolk Tides, 6-4, with a game that had something for everyone. Gose stole home, Jimenez launched yet another mammoth home run and Negrych came through in the clutch yet again as the Herd picked up their 20th win of the season.

The excitement began in the first inning with an electrifying play from Gose. The Herd had runners on the corner and no outs, but looked to be snake bit when Moises Sierra lined into an unassisted doubleplay. But Gose remained at third base and raced home on the very next pitch for a straight steal and a 1-0 lead.

Gose got such an amazing jump, he not only beat the tag but even beat the Jake Arrieta pitch to the plate. He became the first Bisons player to steal home since Corey Wimberly on May 20, 2012 vs. Indianapolis.

With fans still buzzing from Gose's play three innings later, Jimenez hit a two-run shot to left-centerfield to give Buffalo a 3-2 lead. It was the second consecutive game the slugger has homered in and gave him a league-best 31 RBI.

Finally, two innings after Negrych tied the score at four with an RBI-single, the Buffalonian came through with the game-winning hit. With two on and two out, Negrych lined a pitch past the diving attempt of former Bison Jason Pridie in centerfield. Mike Nickeas and Gose scored to give the Bisons a 6-4 lead.

Juan Perez, Jeremy Jeffress and Neil Wagner nailed down the impressive win. Perez had three strikeouts in 1.1 innings of work, all of which were on called strike three. Jeffress pitched a scoreless eighth and Wagner fanned a pair in the ninth for his eighth save of the season.
