BUFFALO, N.Y. -- The brother of the Deputy Buffalo Police Commissioner plead guilty to conspiracy to possess and distribute cocaine

Dale Lockwood, 60, of Buffalo, now faces a minimum five year sentence and a one million dollar fine.

The agreement with federal prosecutors means Lockwood will avoid a second trial after his first one ended in a mistrial.

Lockwood was one of five members of the "Afro Dogs" motorcycle club who stood trial after being arrested two years ago on drug charges.

The sentencing is scheduled for December 9 at 12:30 p.m.

His brother Byron Lockwood was not involved in the case.
