Alison Rosati came to WGRZ-TV in 1987, a very young talent with a ton of potential.
That potential was realized and Alison's personality, along with her ability, made her a favorite in Western New York.
In 1990, Alison caught the eye of a much bigger market, and off to Chicago she went. Rosati has proven just as popular there.
Alison signed on with WMAQ-TV, NBC 5 as the morning anchor. A few years later she was promoted to the 10pm newscast. She now anchors the 5pm, 6pm and 10pm news and has racked up awards and acclaim.
Allison is very proud of those accomplishments, but even more proud of her other life. She has been married for 15 years and has four kids, 2 boys and 2 girls.
She says the role of "Mom" is the best job she's ever had.
