1. Hold a kettlebell in front of one shoulder, positioned close to body. Stand with feet shoulder width or slightly wider.

2. Bend knees forward slightly while allowing hips to bend back behind. Descend until thighs are just past parallel to floor. Extend at the knees and hips in unison until legs are straight.

3. Keeping the weight close to you ear Press the Kettlebell over your head.

4. Return to the start position, alternate hands each set.
