1. Begin with your feet together standing forward. You should face the same direction throughout the exercise.

2. Take one lunge step forward, and return to the start position.

3. Repeat lunges with the same leg, at 45 degree progressions around "the clock". 1. {0 degrees (12 o'clock), 45 degrees (1:30), 90 degrees (3 o'clock), 135 degrees (4:30), 180 degrees (6 o'clock)}.

4. Repeat with the other leg.
