1. Begin with your hands and knee's on the floor or mat with a flat back.

2. Using the muscles of your lower back, depress the arch of your back and pause for a second and return to the rest position.

3. Using your abdominal and deep core muscle arch your back towards the ceiling and pause for a second, return to the rest position.
