1. Press a kettlebell overhead with one arm.

2. Keeping the kettlebell that arm locked out, push your butt in the direction of the kettlebell.

3. Bending at the torso, lower yourself until your other hand touches the floor or front more foot.

4. Pause for a second and reverse the motion back to the starting position.
