Cook Time: 15 minutes
- 2 slices Ezekiel bread
- ¼ pound lean ham (NOT the loaf processed stuff)
- Hot mustard of your choice
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- Olive oil spray
- Heat large sauté pan (Or Panini Grill) over med high heat.
- Spray Ezekiel bread and put oil side down in hot pan.
- Spread mustard evenly on bread.
- Add cheese (1 slice to each piece of bread).
- Add ham (1/8 pound per side).
- Grill until cheese is melted and bread is toasted).
