Dr. Derek,

"I am a 30 year old male, 5'8', and 175 lbs. I have been working out with mainly weights for two years. I eat an extremely good diet and use protein powder most of the time. I believe I am in great shape, but would like to gain some more size. How do you feel about adding other supplements, possibly creatine, or something else?"
