Front Planks Exercise

1. Start with your body on the floor in the pushup position, knees off the floor.

2. Lower yourself down to your forearms, still with knees off the floor and balancing on your toes.

3. While keeping your hips and spine straight, hold for 10-30 seconds and repeat.
