Laying Rotator Cuff Rotations Exercise
1. Lay down on the floor or mat, on one side of your body. Keeping a 90 degree bend at the elbow that is off the floor at your side, grasp a weight with that hand.
2. Slowly raise the dumbbell from the floor as high as possible maintaining the elbow bent at 90 degrees and at the side of your body.
3. Don't forget to switch sides.
