Kettlebell Swings Exercise

1. Place feet should width apart.

2. Grab kettlebell with two hands.

3. Without bending the elbows, swing your hips back and then extend your hips forward in a rocking motion.

4. Kettlebell shouldn't go over chest height and repeat.
