Walkout Exercise

1. Begin with your feet and hands slightly wider than shoulder width on the floor.

2. Walk your hands out in front of your body, going as far as possible without falling.

3. Hold for a few seconds in the extended plank position.

4. Walk your hands back until they are underneath your shoulders and back into the starting pushup position and repeat.
