Kid 'n Play Breakdance Push Up Exercise

1. Start on the floor facing up with your hands holding up yout upper body, legs bent and feet flat on the floor in a reverse plank position.

2. Rotate 90-degrees to either side and hold your body off the floor in an extended side plank position

3. Rotate again 90-degrees so that you are facing the floor in a front plank with one leg extended, then do a pushup.

4. Rotate again 90-degrees to other side and hold your body off the floor in an extended side plank position.

5. Back to the starting position on the floor facing up with your hands holding up yout upper body, legs bent and feet flat on the floor in a reverse plank position.
