Surfer Dude Exercise

1. Begin on your belly, hands underneath your shoulders, head up and ready to catch a wave.

2. Power your body up and jump into a ¼ facing squat position.

3. Jump up and cushion the landing and quickly dive back down to your belly and repeat.
