Breakfast Pizza Recipe

Shopping list:

  • 1-1/2 (16 ounce) packages turkey sausage
  • 1 whole grain pizza crust
  • 1-1/2 cups sweet hash brown potato cubes
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 4-1/2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced yellow bell pepper

Recipe:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Sprinkle cooked sausage evenly over crust. Top with potatoes; add peppers.
  3. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in small bowl: stir well. Pour half of the egg mixture evenly over pizza. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until eggs are set and crust is golden.
