Sleeping Crab Exercise

1. Start on the floor facing up with your hands holding up your upper body, legs bent and feet flat on the floor in a reverse plank position.

2. Bend one knee, keeping the other leg straight and lift your body up off the floor using your abs.

3. Lower yourself back down to the floor, switch legs, and repeat.
