Dynamo Pushup Exercise

1. Begin with your feet and hands slightly wider than shoulder width on the floor in a pushup plank position.

2. Without touching the floor with your knees, explode, and bring both knees up and towards your elbow in a fast motion to a pushup plank position and do a pushup and repeat.
