Dr Derek,

"I began jogging every day starting in January to lose weight. I've worked up to running over 10-miles at least 4 days per week and have lost about 8-lbs so far but, it seemed to stop coming off. I count calories and only take in 1,400 per day. Do I need to run more or eat less?"
