You've talked about getting "Back on Plan"once you've slipped but what can I do to get "Off the Plateau" that I've been on for more than eight weeks now? I continue to eat the same way that produced great results over the past several months. I even increased my strength training with variety and intensity and maintain more than thirty minutes of cardio per workout, but I can't seem to move from my current weight/size. It's frustrating!??
