Back in 2002 I had a tummy tuck and lipo. I have suffered from the "popeye syndrome" as a result, where the fat has to go somewhere if you gain weight and it settles in your upper arms. I have lost over twenty-five inches so far overall, but my arms remain the same. Is there an exercise I can do that will minimize the size of my arms, or do I have to just wait it out until there are no more inches of fat left on my body? I fear I will be thin everywhere at my goal weight except for my gigundous arms?? HELP???
