Saxon Side Bends Exercise

1. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart.

2. Grasp a bar, can be a broom stick or something weighted, or dumbbells.

3. Hold the bar or weights above your head about shoulder width apart.

4. Bend at your torso stretching over to the side, then return back to the starting position and bend towards the other side.
