Swiss Ball Abdominal Knee-Ups Exercise

1. In Push-up position, with your hands shoulder width apart, place a Swiss ball underneath your legs.

2. Holding yourself up in this position, bring your knees to your chest while rolling the Swiss ball towards you.

3. Extend your legs back out to the starting position, rolling the ball back out with you.
