A new analysis of likely voters suggests health care ranks as the second most important issue behind the economy in the presidential race.

Researchers at the Harvard School of Public Health compiled data from 37 national opinion polls on the campaign.

This year is the highest health care has been ranked since the 1992 election.

Those who said health care and medicare are the -most- important issues were more likely to support President Obama.

Still -- current polls show Americans are evenly divided on their approval or disproval of the affordable care act.
