One Arm Overhead Dumbbell Squat Exercise

1. Clean and press a dumbbell with one arm.

2. Looking straight ahead and keeping a dumbbell locked out overhead, push your butt backward and squat as low as possible.

3. Pause at the bottom position for a second before returning to the standing position, pushing your hips forward as you stand.
