Dumbbell Clean Exercise

1. Begin in a squatted position grasping the Dumbbell between your legs.

2. In one movement, stand up pushing your hips forward and pulling the dumbbell up to chest height.

3. Keeping the Dumbbell close to your body let it pivot around its handle, landing on the outside of the forearm with the forearm against the trunk of your body.
