Swiss Ball "T"s Exercise

1. Begin laying with your chest on the stability ball, grasping dumbbells in each hand.

2. Retract your shoulders towards the ceiling.

3. Raise your arms until they are parallel to your body making the shape of a "T".

4. Repeat steps 2 and 3.
