Bad- Back Crunch Exercise

1. Lay flat on your back on the floor.

2. Place a hand under the small of your back, and bend one knee.

3. Place the other hand behind your head and crunch up 2 inches.

4. Hold for 2 seconds at the top and flex your abs.

5. Return back to the starting position and repeat.
