Straight Arm Row Exercise

1. Place your feet shoulder width apart, bend the the waist and grab a dumbbell in one hand with your knuckles facing in.

2. With your free hand, brace yourself on your knee.

3. Without bending at the elbow, using only your shoulder, pull your arm straight back as far as you can go.

4. Slowly return back to the starting position and repeat.
