Kettlebell Snatch Exercise
1. Place a kettlebell between your feet. Bend your knees and push your butt back.
2. Looking straight ahead, swing the kettlebell back between your legs and then immediately swing the kettlebell forwards, driving with your hips.
3. Pull the kettlebell towards your body, over your head.
4. As the kettlebell rises to your shoulder relax your hand and allowing it to pivot around its handle so that it lands on the outside of your forearm straight overhead.
