Swiss Army Knives Exercise

1. Place your hands on the floor, shoulder width apart and put your body in the pushup position.

2. Place your feet on a swiss ball and maintain the pushup position.

3. Hike your hips up towards the ceiling, lifting your back up into a "jackknife position".

5. Lower your hips back down and repeat.
