Reptile Pushup Exercise

1. Begin with your feet and hands slightly wider than shoulder width on the floor in a pushup position.

2. Without touching the floor with your torso. Lift one knee up and towards your elbow while doing a pushup.

3. Hold for a fee seconds.

4. Return the leg back to the floor and repeat on the other side.
