Tripod Push Up Exercise

1. Begin with your feet and hands slightly wider than shoulder width on the floor in a pushup position.

2. Hike your hips up to the ceiling and lift one leg off the floor.

3. Do a pushup - bend elbows and lower your body.

4. Perform about 10-15 reps and repeat with the other leg elevated.
