Modified Walkout Exercise
FOCUS AREA: Shoulders & lats
1. Begin on the floor, hands shoulder width apart like the beginning of a pushup.
2. Do not go to the push up high plank position. Instead, place your knees on the floor like a modified pushup.
3. With weigh being on your hands, slowly walk you hands out in front of you about 10-inches - so that you are in an extended pushup position.
4. Slowly walk your hands back and repeat.
