FOCUS AREA: Triceps (back of the arm)

1. Lay with your stomach on the swiss ball with your body on an angle 45 degree from the floor.

2. Grasp a Dumbbell in each hand, Keep both elbows at your sides.

3. Extend your arms at your elbow and repeat this step.
