Hamstring Bridges Exercise

FOCUS ON: hams, gluts, and low back

1. Lying on the floor on your back.

2. Bend at the knees and place feet on the floor.

3. Without moving your feet, lift your hips up towards the ceiling and extend as far as possible.

4. Hold two seconds at the top, lower back down to the floor and repeat.
