Open Hip Side Lunge Exercise

FOCUS AREA: legs

1. Begin with feet shoulder width apart.

2. Lift one leg and externally rotate at the hip. Step that foot out to the side, and allow your back foot to rotate.

3. Lunge down towards the out stepped foot.

4. Pressing off your out stepped foot, return to the starting position.
