Colder air is now in place behind a cold front that moved through the area Friday, drastically dropping temperatures.
In Buffalo, the temperature was 70 degrees F at noon which dropped down to 54 degrees F by 1pm.
I sure felt it! I was driving from the Rochester area to Buffalo Friday afternoon. I noticed the temperature at a wonderful 76 degrees F on my car thermometer in Batavia. As I approached Buffalo it dropped quickly. Less than an hour later I arrived in Buffalo and the temperature was at 44 degrees! Felt like a bolt of cold air when I got out of my car.
The warmer temps definitely make me forget the fact I usually run in 0 degree temps in the winter.
